Diese Aufgaben
warten auf dich in unserem Team
- Administrative Tätigkeiten zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Büroalltages (E-Mail-Korrespondenz mit Intern und Extern, Postwesen, Telefon, Bestellwesen).
- Verantwortung für das Facility Management an unserem Münchner Standort.
- Zuständig für unser Büromanagement (Koordination von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern) sowie das Einkaufsmanagement für interne Zwecke.
- Organisation von internen und externen Besprechungen, Workshops und Kundenterminen.
Deine Daten –
Worauf wir uns freuen
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische / hotelfachliche Ausbildung, gerne auch mit abgeschlossenem Fachwirt.
- Du konntest idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im Office Management bzw. in Assistenztätigkeiten sammeln und besitzt auch grundlegende personalwirtschaftliche und buchhalterische Kenntnisse.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, hast ein offenes Auftreten, bist zuverlässig sowie flexibel und scheust Dich nicht davor, Dinge pro-aktiv anzupacken.
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.

Diese Aufgaben

- Zuständig für unser Büromanagement (Koordination von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern) sowie das Einkaufsmanagement für interne Zwecke.
- Verantwortung für den Bereich Arbeitssicherheit (Sicherheitsbeauftragte, Koordination von Schulungen zum Thema Arbeitssicherheit).
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Firmenevents.

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische / hotelfachliche Ausbildung, gerne auch mit abgeschlossenem Fachwirt.

These tasks

- Lead Qualification: Identify potential customers in international markets and assess their needs.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and phone and video cold calls.
- Inbound Management: Handle incoming inquiries (MQL) and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Virtual Meetings: Schedule and conduct discovery calls and video conferences with prospects.
- CRM Management: Document all activities in our CRM solution and maintain accurate data all over our lead and opportunity pipeline.
