These tasks
are waiting for you in our team
- Support and guide customers in SAP data transformation and migration projects.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and robust data solutions.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients in project settings and contribute to key decisions.
- Design and implement data solutions in SAP environments (e.g. migrations from SAP BW to SAP BDC or Databricks).
- Contribute across the full project lifecycle – from defining migration approaches to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Value Engineering, and Product Management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards, methodologies, and reusable components.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting, data engineering, or a comparable hands-on role.
- Strong experience with SAP BW, especially in data modeling, transformations, and reporting logic.
- Ideally experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BDC, or SAP HANA.
- A senior mindset with a clear focus on hands-on work in project environments.
- Proven ability to deliver in project-based settings, ideally with customer interaction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Professional proficiency in English with confidence in client-facing situations.

You are passionate about data and love working hands-on in complex project environments, designing and building solutions that drive real impact? - Design and implement data solutions in SAP environments with a focus on migrations (e.g. SAP BW to SAP BDC or Databricks)
- Use our One Data Software to accelerate SAP migrations across the full lifecycle – from defining migration approaches to translating and migrating systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and robust data solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers, contributing to project-meetings and providing technical guidance.
- Support and work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Value Engineering, and Product Management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of standards, methodologies, and reusable components across projects.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- Multiple years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a comparable hands-on role.
- Strong expertise in SAP BW, particularly in data modeling, transformations, and reporting logic, ideally combined with SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP BDC. SAP HANA is a plus.
- Senior specialist mindset with a clear focus on hands-on work rather than management.
- Proven ability to deliver in project-based environments, ideally with customer interaction.
- Experience in SAP consulting roles (in-house or with external clients).
- Professional proficiency in German and English with the ability to confidently communicate in client-facing contexts.

You are passionate about data and love diving into complex problems to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface? - Together with your teammates, you define production-ready data products and implement them with the help of our ONE DATA platform or other technologies. You don’t stop at the conceptual stage but also put them into practice.
- Together with our customers, you are involved in creating added value from large and often fragmented as well as “unclean” data.
- You accompany our projects from the first proof of value to the finished data product, combine data engineering techniques and resilient analytical methods with structured concept work and have a good feel for the business relevance of data, analyses and algorithms.
- In addition to analysis, conception and implementation, your tasks will also include comprehensive and targeted communication with our customers at various project and management levels.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- You have a final degree in a relevant subject area (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Mathematics).
- You have already gained experience in the field of Data Engineering, Data Science and/or Data Analytics.
- You are enthusiastic about data, algorithms and scalable infrastructures, but are also convinced that a simple solution is often the better solution.
- You are familiar with Python and/or SQL.
- Our team is the most important thing we have, so collaboration, learning from each other and communication should be important to you.
- Fluent German language skills and a good command of English are required.

- Du unterstützt unser Team dabei, aus großen und oft „unsauberen“ Datenmengen relevante Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
- Du kombinierst analytische Methoden mit einem guten Gespür für die Business-Relevanz der Analysen.
- Du hilfst dabei, komplexe Datenanalysen mit Hilfe unserer One Data-Software und anderer Tools durchzuführen.
- Neben der Analyse bist du auch für die Kommunikation unserer Ergebnisse mitverantwortlich.
Deine Daten –
Worauf wir uns freuen
- Du befindest dich derzeit in einem für die Tätigkeit relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Naturwissenschaften, Mathematik).
- Du begeisterst dich gleichermaßen für Data Science, Data Engineering und Data Analytics und hast Freude daran, Probleme mit analytischen Methoden und großen Datenmengen zu lösen.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Python gesammelt. Idealerweise verfügst du zudem über Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenbanken/SQL und skalierbare Infrastrukturen.
- Unser Team ist unser wichtigstes Kapital, daher legen wir großen Wert auf Zusammenarbeit und Lernen voneinander. Dies ist dir auch wichtig.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse besitzt du bereits.
