As a member of a five-strong team of System Engineers, you will work with this team to ensure a sustainable IT infrastructure and develop it further on an ongoing basis.
These tasks
are waiting for you in our team
- You assist with the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- You support the provisioning, configuration, and optimization of systems and applications.
- Also you help implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the performance and availability of our IT systems.
- You support network security measures to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.
- You contribute to documentation and process improvements for IT infrastructure management.
- Assist with the rollout of new software and updates across the organization is also part of your tasks.
- You provide internal user support, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- You stay up to date on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to IT infrastructure, Kubernetes, and network security.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- You have a successfully completed technical degree, a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration, or comparable relevant professional education.
- You have basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- You have a solid understanding of Linux operating systems, including basic administration and command-line skills.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) is advantageous.
- You have good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- You have a good, technical command of written and spoken English and ideally a good command of German.
