Core working hours from 8am to 4pm? That doesn’t exist with us. With us, you decide when you want to start and end your working day.
Our full-time contracts are based on 40 hours per week. But we are flexible and offer a wide range of part-time options where possible.

You can choose between a Mac or Windows laptop. In addition to a monitor, you will be provided with the necessary equipment such as a headset, company mobile phone etc. so that you are fully equipped for hackln from home.

Depending on the working model, we add 7 or 10 extra days of holiday to the 20 mandatory days of holiday for a 5-day week to ensure maximum recovery. Special days off are granted for special occasions.

After 2 years with the company, you can request a sabbatical of a minimum of 4 weeks up to a maximum of one year to travel the world, spend time with your family and loved ones, or simply take time out to invest in your dreams and aspirations.

Can’t combine work and holiday? With us you can! After consulting your team lead, you can request a worcation for EU member states, for example to visit family members abroad or simply to extend your stay abroad.

Planning an activity outside of the weekend but don’t want to take a day off work? We have the solution:
Twice a month, our colleagues are given the opportunity to work on a Saturday and take a day off between Monday and Friday instead, without having to take a day off.

We provide a meal allowance for your lunch through Circula.

As One Data, you can participate in the company’s success with virtual shares.

With individual contributions to your company pension we can help you prepare for retirement in the best possible way.

We take care of your health through various activities as part of our company health management program, such as yoga classes, talks and other seasonal fitness offers.

Wherever possible, we do not schedule appointments on Fridays so that you can use the day for focused work, training or simply to get an earlier start to the weekend.

As a family-friendly company, it is important to us to support the parents in our team. When the little ones are sick, we cover up to 3 sick days per year for each child. We also provide full-time colleagues with a babysitting budget for business trips or unexpected business appointments.

We have a heart for animals, so you can bring your four-legged friend to our Munich and Passau offices by prior arrangement.

Each team is given a budget to spend on team events and team building activities. For us, good team cohesion and team spirit is the “one” in One Data. Each team has the opportunity to decide how they want to organize these events.

Welcome to the team!

You will be assigned an (onboarding) buddy for the first few
days and weeks. This buddy will be part of your team and will ensure that your arrival at One Data is as smooth as possible.
Your first day will be either on-site or remote, and you will receive initial onboarding slots from People & Culture and our IT department to learn the necessary organizational processes. Your buddy will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, and you are welcome to pepper them with questions 😉

In addition, each department has an induction plan that you will be going through over the next few weeks – don’t worry! We’ll give you plenty of time to settle in and won’t expect you to give 100% from day one.

We also organize a multi-day onboarding event where some of our department heads will introduce themselves to you and give you an insight into their department and how they work. This is to give you an understanding of the bigger picture at One Data, an insight into how we work and to make your start as easy and straightforward as possible.

For tax reasons, employment is only possible if you live in Germany at the time of employment (except border commuters). If you are not living in Germany at the time of your application, we will still consider your application if you are willing to relocate to Germany.

In principle, yes!

At One Data we bring together over 30 nationalities and our corporate language is English. Company-wide communication (e.g. emails, company jour fixe, meetings, etc.) is therefore organized in English.
Our German-speaking colleagues take our English-speaking colleagues into account by adapting our language as soon as English-speaking colleagues enter the (meeting) room. So, you are welcome at One Data even if you do not speak German.

Nevertheless, some job profiles do require German language skills, usually if the job involves a lot of customer contact. You can find this out from the job posting.

We do not conduct assessment centers. However, depending on the position, we may have some superficial technical questions for you. In further interview rounds we may work on tasks during the interview. You will be informed in good time.
