Passau/Munich, April 30, 2025 – Software company One Data is restructuring its management team: As of May 1, 2025, Tim Dickemann will take on the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and Christian Stadlmann will become Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), assuming two key leadership positions. With this expansion of its C-level leadership, One Data aims to accelerate the integration of intelligent data management and artificial intelligence (AI)

Tim Dickemann Appointed Chief Customer Officer

Tim Dickemann brings extensive experience in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, and operational excellence. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he spent six years advising global companies on digital and transformation strategies. In 2018, he founded the automation company AKOA, which he successfully built up and sold to Roboyo after three years. At Roboyo, he held various leadership roles, including Chief Business Officer for the DACH region and Head of Operational Excellence at the corporate level. In these roles, he was responsible for executing global digitalization projects, developing scalable processes, and overseeing a revenue volume of around €30 million. He was also involved in Roboyo’s strategic direction as a member of the supervisory board.

Christian Stadlmann Takes Over as Chief Revenue Officer

Christian Stadlmann has over 25 years of experience in the software and technology sector, with a focus on sales, business development, marketing, and strategic growth. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Anyline, where he played a key role in driving international growth. Before that, he spent seven years as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Aurea Software. Earlier in his career, he held roles including Chief Sales Officer at update software AG and Sales Manager at Hyperwave. His expertise lies in SaaS business models, enterprise software, and building high-performing international sales teams.

In addition to Tim Dickemann and Christian Stadlmann, the management team of One Data GmbH includes Dr. Stefan Roskos, Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer (CSO/CBDO), and Dr. Gregor Wiest, Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFO/COO). In February 2025, Achim Berg – former T-Com board member, president of the digital association Bitkom, and head of Microsoft Germany – was also appointed as the new chairman of the advisory board.
