As shown in the chart, One Data also ranked as a leader in the Data Product Engineering Tools Survey 25, scoring an impressive 9.8. The peer group average was 6.2, meaning we’ve surpassed the industry standard. This further solidifies One Data’s reputation as a software that simplifies even the most complex data management tasks.

Ease of use and satisfaction are essential, but great software needs to be backed by strong vendor support. That’s why we are especially proud of the recognition that 86% of surveyed users rated our vendor support as excellent or good. About the BARC survey
BARC is one of the world’s leading independent research firms in the field of data management, business intelligence, and enterprise software. Their large-scale surveys gather feedback from thousands of real-world users, providing an unbiased view of the strengths and weaknesses of various software platforms.
The Data Intelligence, Catalogs and Marketplaces Survey 25 assess a wide range of KPIs (31 in total), including business benefits, project success, customer satisfaction, user experience, and vendor support. The Data Management Survey 25 was conducted by BARC from November 2023 to February 2024. In total, 909 people responded to the survey with 642 answering a series of detailed questions about their use of a named product. Altogether, 23 products (or groups of products) are analyzed in detail. The Data Management Survey 25 comprises a total of three surveys, all of them with a unique functional focus: The Data Intelligence, Catalogs and Marketplaces Survey 25, The Cloud Data Platforms Survey 25 and The Data Product Engineering Tools Survey 25. Each survey compares products that cover functionalities in this particular area.
