As Head of Marketing / Team Lead Marketing (m/f/d) you manage our Marketing Team in a disciplinary manner, take over the strategic planning and contribute to the positioning as well as messaging.
These tasks
are waiting for you in our team
- Especially you are responsible for demand generation, budgeting, strategic marketing planning and for aligning marketing tactics to business goals.
- You are responsible for Product Marketing and coordinating the messaging for our fast-evolving software product in close collaboration with the Sales and Product Leadership.
- You are overseeing the Event Management (supervising research, negotiations, bookings, planning, execution and follow-up).
- Together with your marketing team located in Munich and Passau you are responsible for our demand generation and campaign management. You enable the team to develop content and messaging, guide analyst relations and competitive intelligence.
- You work closely together with our Sales, Solution Engineering and Partnering Team to optimize processes, to know which content is needed and to reach our goals together.
- You report on tactical and strategic marketing KPI´s to support our Management Team to make data-driven decisions.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- You have a degree or completed education in marketing, communications or economics with a relevant marketing specialization.
- You have 5-10 years of experience in B2B Software Marketing in the data and analytics market and 3-5 years experience in a leadership role.
- You are a Marketing All-rounder and a team-enabler, with a hands-on mentality, also for operative tasks and are keen to be on-site in our offices in Munich and/or Passau once a week.
- It would be desirable if you had a background in event management, demand generation or product marketing.
- Tool know-how for HubSpot (marketing automation and mailings) and Tableau (reporting) would be desirable, too.
- And analytical thinking, a collaborative attitude and business as well as growth mindset describe yourself well.
