As a Data Value Consultant (f/m/d) you help especially our customers to find value in their data with the help of our software solution One Data.
These tasks
are waiting for you in our team
- You belong to the customer value team and work primarily together with our sales team to estimate and sketch the value contained in data for our customer.
- You develop and operationalize strategies and concepts to monetize our customer’s data.
- You translate business strategies into data strategies and these into implementations and guide our implementation team.
- In collaboration with our product team, you provide field level feedback and input to steer the future product roadmap.
- Also, you develop and run workshops, event presentations, and demos.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- You have a Bachelor´s or Master`s degree in a technical field, business informatics or business administration, or a comparable qualification with a MINT background or business (informatics).
- You have already gained more than 2 years of experience in consulting in areas such as strategy and organizational development in a data department, e.g., at the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO).
- You have a broad understanding in the data field with expertise in some of the following: data products, Data Mesh, Master Data Management, data provision frameworks (Data Lake, Data Warehouse),
- Preferably, you also have minor technical expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization, e.g., in Tableau
- You are fluent in German and have good to very good English skills.
- You have a certain willingness to travel.

As a Senior Account Executive (f/m/d) you are responsible for the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing client relationships by guiding the customer on the benefits of treating data as a product. Are you passionate about supporting new and existing customers on leveraging value of their internal and external data and becoming the trusted advisor on your customers data product journey? - You are responsible for total business associated with your customers and the entire sales cycle of new customer projects, portfolio expansion and existing customer extensions.
- Your strength lies in in outlining and discussing the value of data products for your customer.
- You identify customer needs based on industry-specific context and understand feedback and customer requests regarding our solutions.
- You work with your colleagues at One Data and develop a vision for our customers together with the entire account team to ensure their success and generate added value for their business.
- You are responsible for the targeted development of customer projects through the sales process, including the planning of expected revenue
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- You have a master’s degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable field.
- You have at least five years of business development or consulting experience in the area of enterprise software, SaaS or data strategy.
- You have already been able to successfully achieve your sales goals as a prime quota carrier throughout the entire sales cycle, by selling complex B2B software to large enterprise organizations based on a value-based sales approach.
- Building lasting relationships with executives and decision makers is one of your strengths.
- Ideally you have experience in one or more of the following segments: Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Pharma and Biotech.
- Optimally you have technical and market knowledge in the areas of Data Integration, Data Analytics, PaaS, SaaS and preferably Hyperscaler capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, drive and the willingness to think outside the box are among your strengths.
- You have the power of persuasion, can adapt to change and appreciate working in a team.
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English are part of your portfolio.

- You are responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable software solutions with Kotlin, http4k and Vue3.
- Furthermore, you ensure high-quality standards through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- You collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, to understand requirements and develop technical solutions.
- The participating in the evolution of the software architecture and the team’s technical decision-making processes is part of your tasks.
- You manage Helm charts for Kubernetes based application deployments.
- Also, you build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- You have a final degree in a relevant subject area (e.g. computer science, information systems, engineering) or a similar qualification.
- You have 3+ years of professional experience in multi-stack development.
- Also, you have a strong proficiency in Vue3 and Kotlin (or Java).
- You are familiar with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Ideally you have experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) as well as cloud use case scenarios and a understanding of different storage systems, data management and data integration concepts.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong understanding of software testing practices and methodologies.

As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) – Software at One Data, you are responsible for further development of our software and the conception and development of our data products together with the team. - You work as an interface with many stakeholders and understand how to combine the perspectives of technology, user needs, design and business based on data.
- You conduct competitive analyses and collect customer and product requirements to develop a team roadmap using data-driven methodology.
- You also oversee the product life cycle from concept to market launch and beyond. In doing so you monitor product performance and contribute to the further development of the product based on user feedback, data and market needs.
- You support the software development teams in the delivery of roadmap items, especially in the phase of initial shaping and specification as well as in acceptance and roll-out.
- In the exchange with our development teams, you understand leading at eye level as one of the core building blocks of agile software development.
- Together with our marketing and sales team you create product information and support them in selling our software product.
- Furthermore you communicate product updates and milestones to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Your Data –
What we are looking forward to
- You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, business informatics or economics, ideally with a specialization in product management, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience as a product manager in software development, ideally also experience in the field of analytics software.
- You have a high affinity for big data technologies and you are familiar with one ore multiple data management tools, with data integration and with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Strong analytical thinking together with a strong customer orientation and a ownership mentality are a matter of course for you.
- You are used to and appreciate tackling projects independently and taking responsibility for them.
- You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paces and agile environmental and you are familiar with agile/scrum methodologies.
- You have strong (stakeholder) communication skills and are business fluent in English. Good German language skills are a plus.
